Using Blindspot

By creating an account or using Blindspot you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, your workspace members, and the data you put into Blindspot, and you must have the right to use that data.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance as shown at checkout (prices include applicable GST where stated). Plans renew until cancelled. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice before your next billing period.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no illegal content, spam, attempts to break security, or overloading the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Connected services

If you connect third-party services such as Google Sheets, your use of them is also governed by their terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Your data

You own your data. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Blindspot available and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
